From http://washington.bizjournals.com/washington/stories/2009/11/30/daily93.html

"According to Trepp, a New York-based commercial mortgage information and analysis firm, the property was 67 percent occupied and had a debt service coverage ratio of .26 as of June 30. A ratio of less than 1 means negative cash flow."

Don't bother organizing a boycott. The shoppers are already performing one!

Agreed: this mall is a dump. I shop at Tyson's when I feel I need to go to a Mall.

I'm writing in "None of the Above" for Lt Gov, AG, and (possibly) for delegate. I figure it better to demonstrate I'm not apathetic, but vehemently opposed to both candidates (all candidates, in the case of delegate, since I have one Independent Green on the ballot).

Unfortunately, simply lifting DADT puts service members back where they were. Since the congressvermin changed the law the first time, they must do so again. They should do so sooner rather than later.

Fortunately, the leaders and former leaders who send the message that they'd rather have liars in uniform than gays are retired or retiring, and military leadership seems to be starting to come around to understanding it's in our best interest to allow gays to serve with dignity. And someday folks will realize Elaine Donnelly (who has never spent a day in uniform) speaks only for the close-minded religious right, and not for most of America.

What I heard was they shut down exit ramps. I wasn't there but I viewed the crowd marching (before google pulled it down) with valid date and time stamps, and there were definitely a couple hundred thousand passing that point, not counting people that went other ways. I suppose people might have run around behind a building and gone by several times, just because they are evil conspirational right wingers! (haha) Maybe next year the organizers will get some flyovers, and set a precise time, like 12 noon, for everybody to be assembled and counted. This year was mostly milling around. I would agree though, it wasn't even half the size of the inauguration at the moment BO took power. But it was a lot more freedom loving than those sheep.
